Give yourself the slight edge
Apart from perhaps winning the lottery, success doesn’t occur overnight.
Building your ideal physique or creating a successful business is the compound effect of daily actions and decisions. Actions and decisions which by them-self may seem uninspiring and easy not to do.
But equally, they are just as easy and simple TO DO!
Just as success doesn’t just magically appear, nor does failure. You don’t become fat and out of shape overnight, rather it’s the process of lots of small ‘bad’ decisions such as eating too much and not moving enough.
Just imagine the compound effect of walking 10,000 steps each day over the course of a year. That’s 3.65million steps!!
What about learning a new language and committing just 15 minutes a day? That’s 5475 minutes each year, or over 90 hours…
Or how about just reading 10 pages of a book each day? 3650 pages …. that’s about 10 books a year. What about eating a few hundred calories less each day??
