At MANOR we do things a little different from other gyms. Set up and run by a team of former professional athletes and coaches, we believe in a straightforward, no gimmicks approach to fitness and training.
We’re not here to make your training entertaining, we’re not here to give you a location backdrop for your Instagram. We’re here for the training, the coaching, the community and the bants.
We’re not for everyone but we’re here for every body. Beginner to Beast.
MANOR Sessions
The Sessions at MANOR are small-group and coach-led where you’ll learn the tried and tested principles of effective, sustainable training.
MANOR Train
At the core of training at MANOR is Strength and Conditioning. These sessions are built around the 3 pillars of performance training: Strength, Stamina and Power.
MANOR Fight
Even if you are a lover, not a fighter, our range of boxing sessions are designed to help improve coordination, agility, endurance, core strength, mindset and focus.
MANOR Recover
Recovery is a critical component of any training programme. Our sessions are designed to help optimise your body’s range of motion and promote active recovery.

Our MANOR to yours
You can now train with MANOR in the comfort or discomfort of your own home, hotel room or shed! Choose from our live streamed MANOR sessions, on-demand library or Programme only option. You’ll find both Limited kit training and bodyweight training for all levels. Put simply, whenever, wherever, however, there is a MANOR session available on demand.

MCP @ SW1
MCP is the runt of the MANOR litter.
From the setup, to the kit, to the sessions, MCP has been designed to build and test your mental grit. MCP sessions are large group, unconventional training.
Its sole purpose is to get you comfortable with the uncomfortable.
But word to the wise…it’s not for everybody.
