SUMMER PROGRAMMING UPDATES

With updates across sessions starting from W/C 20th July.

BUILD

We've moved into a new training phase consisting of:

6-week Accumulation Phase

6-week Intensification Phase

6-week Realisation Phase

The cycle will culminate in our next 1RM testing week and Max Out event.

ENGINE

We'll continue with progressive conditioning pieces remember to use Fitr to record your pace to see improvement. We've taken on board your feedback and it will now be followed by mixed-modal muscular endurance work using bodyweight and varied movements to finish sessions.

PERFORM

Our focus remains on developing confidence, technique, and strength in the clean & jerk and snatch, building quality movement before increasing intensity.

GRUNTWORK

Sessions will consist of two structured strength/work blocks, finishing with a day-specific medley designed by Jason.

YARDWORK

No major changes here, it's still FULL SEND.

HYBRID

We've taken on board your feedback and will be reducing the amount of repeated movement patterns across consecutive days to better manage fatigue and recovery.

HYROX

As we're in the off-season, we'll be trialling a new Thursday lunchtime session featuring:

Plyometric block, Strength training block into a HYROX-specific conditioning piece
