Manor manners

Before you come.

Booking, cancelling and turning up on time.

On time is late.: More than five minutes late and you will not get in. Be on the floor five minutes early.
Cannot make it?: Cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before, no penalty. Three late cancels or no-shows in a month pauses online booking.
Bring yourself.: Showers and changing spaces at both studios. Boxing gloves are £1 to rent.
