THOSE WHO COME TO MANOR, COME TO TRAIN.
We’re not for everyone, but we are here for everybody.
MANOR MANNERS
Let’s be honest—if you want real progress, training 2-3 times a week is key. If that’s your plan, becoming a member is the most cost-effective option.
That said, most of our sessions are open to drop-ins, so feel free to join us whenever it suits you. Check out our join page for more details.
Absolutely. Our coaches can suggest modifications if you’re new, returning to training, or need adjustments for injuries.
To get the most out of your session, we recommend arriving 5 minutes early to chat with your coach about any concerns or fitness goals. They’ll make sure you’re set up for success.
We have a 12-hour cancellation policy, so you can change or cancel your booking up to 12 hours before your session without charge.
For MANOR members, we operate a 3-strike policy: three no-shows or late cancellations in one billing month will result in your online booking privileges being paused. You can still attend sessions, but space isn’t guaranteed. Once the billing month ends, just drop us an email or visit us to restore your access.
As a wise man once said, ‘On time is late. Late is not acceptable. Only way to be here is early.’
Arriving 5–10 minutes early ensures you have time to sign in, wrap your hands, and warm up safely. For everyone’s safety and respect for the class, if you’re more than 5 minutes late, you won’t be able to join the session, and refunds can’t be issued.
If you’re running late, please let us know—we’re here to help where we can.
Yes, all MANOR locations have showers and changing rooms.
Yes, for BoxCon or Boxing sessions, you’ll need hand wraps or gel wraps to protect your hands. You can purchase them from reception or our shop (£8–£10).
Boxing gloves are available to rent for your first few sessions (£1 per session) or purchase (£70).
Arrive 5–10 minutes early to wrap your hands and get ready for the session.
Generally, if you were exercising before pregnancy, you can continue with similar activities. However, we strongly recommend consulting your doctor before attending any sessions, especially high-impact ones like Force.
Let your coach know at the start of your session so they can tailor your workout if needed.
Let me know if this order flows better for you!
