SUMMER TIMETABLE UPDATES

With holiday season upon us look out for a few changes to our schedule over both sites effective from w/c 6th July.

OFF-SEASON

Look out for YARDWORK on Friday mornings at SW1 as well as HYROX on Wednesday eveningsat SE1.

With HYROX moving into off-season we’re making some changes to our Thursday lunchtime and evening HYROX sessions. Thursday classes will include a dedicated strength and explosive power block, focusing on developing force production through strength and plyometric training, before moving into a conditioning piece to finish the session.

Our goal is to help you build the strength, power, and athleticism needed to perform at your best when race season returns. The off-season is the perfect time to focus on these foundations, and this new format will help you arrive at the start line stronger, faster, and more resilient.We’re excited to see the progress this brings and can’t wait to get started.
