The MANOR programme and MCP method build a functionally fit athlete and develop a resilient mindset. MANOR sessions take place at MANOR SE1 Vauxhall and MANOR SW1 Victoria. MCP sessions take place in our unique training space that is the MANOR CAR PARK.
Like 2 sides of the same coin both programmes develop all aspects of fitness under the principles of ENGINE, LIFT, HYBRID and TEAM. Our programmes works through testing cycles every 6 weeks to measure your progress.
We recommend following a full cycle of each session for optimal results.

Develop your skills and test your conditioning for our in-house and external functional fitness competitions such as Yardwards, Hyrox and Turf Games.
Conditioning session designed to develop each energy system using interval-based training methods on assault bikes, assault runners, ergs and yard laps.
Develop your strength in unconventional strongman movements. Push, pull, carry, throw, load andhold using sandbags, tyres, yolks, kegs and sleds.
Build strength through conventional compound barbell lifts and build muscle and functional strength wrwith dumbbell, kettlebell & D’balls.
