‘Home’ is a short storytelling film that celebrates the people who make our Manor. Through the voices of our members, we explore the meaning of belonging, support, and finding your space. Home is a tribute to the journey of our members - the ones who bring life to these walls, and meaning to the work we do.
In our first feature, we’re joined by Aphra , who explores what it means to find a space where you feel supported, seen & safe. She reflects on the power of training not just for physical strength, but as a way to build confidence, connection & a deeper sense of self.
