What is the 6 week challenge?

Come out of lockdown with a bang! Re ignite your gym training. 
Whatever your goals, we will create a plan to achieve them!
Over the next 6 weeks we want to take you on a journey and train with some of the best coaches in London.
We will focus on improving your health ,overall fitness and strength as well complimenting with a supporting nutrition and recovery plan. At the end of the challenge, expect an amazing transformation.

What's Included?

Goal setting consultation

We will talk through your goals and create a bespoke plan, tailored to your needs.


Daily training

Your training plan will consist of the following:
 • 1 x 1-2-1 training session per week
 • 1 x group training session per week
 • Unlimited access to tailored live training & on demand session

Support & accountability

You will have a dedicated coach throughout your challenge, who will be there to support you on your journey and hold you accountable!
