EACH 6-WEEK PHASE BEGINS WITH TESTING WHICH WILL INFORM THE CORRECT WEIGHTS AND SPLIT TIMES PROGRESSIONS FOR YOUR UPCOMING BLOCK. AT THE END OF EACH 6-WEEK PHASE YOU WILL RE-TEST TO EVALUATE YOUR PROGRESS IN YOUR KEY LIFTS AND TIME-TRIALS. IF YOU JOIN MID-WAY THROUGH A TRAINING PHASE DON’T WORRY, SIMPLY PERFORM THE REP RANGES OR WORK AT THE SUGGESTED INTENSITY AND ASK YOUR COACH FOR INPUT/ADVICE!

AS PART OF BEING A SUBSCRIBER TO MANOR TRAINING, WE HOST COMPLIMENTARY N-FACILITY ACTIVATION DATES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, TO BRING OUR COMMUNITY TOGETHER. THESE ARE HOSTED AT OUR HQ IN LONDON AND INCLUDE TECHNICAL WORKSHOPS, HYROX/EVENT SIMULATIONS, SKILLS & DRILLS AND GOOD OLD FASHIONED THROWDOWNS. 

How it works

01 – START YOUR 7 DAY TRIAL AND SELECT YOUR PROGRAM

Register, download the app and select your program. With MANOR ONLINE programming, you have access to ALL programs for £39 per month, charged at the end of your trial.


02 – JOIN THE PROGRAM

Once you select your program, you will see the day’s session, and 7 days ahead. You can now start your first session and begin to record & track your progress in the app.


03 – THE WORK 

All that matters ultimately. Bring energy and intention to every session, working out to work within. Your coach is there to support you throughout this journey.

FAQs

Do I need a specific equipment

Our programs are designed to be as accessible as possible, and will not require a full gym set up. Each program has an equipment list required. For any equipment not available, your coach will program an alternative for you.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel at any time through our app.

Can I switch between programmes

Yes, you have full access to all our programmes for £39 a month and can switch between at any time by contacting your coach.

How long are the sessions

Sessions can vary depending on the programme and training phase, anywhere from 45mins – 90mins 

Will I receive feedback on form & technique?

Yes, you can share videos and questions in our private WhatsApp group, where your coach will give you feedback and answer your questions, or you can speak with your Coach direct in app. 

Can I join during the middle of a training phase?

Yes, you can join throughout the training cycles.
