The need-to-knows. No jargon. No fuss.
We're not for everyone, but we are here for everybody.
You don’t have to commit to anything long-term — unless you're serious about seeing results. If you’re training 2–3 times a week (which we recommend), membership is the smartest move. But if you just want to test the waters, we welcome drop-ins on most sessions.
Absolutely. Whether you're new, returning, or working around an injury, our coaches have your back. They’ll offer modifications, support, and straight talk. Arrive 5 minutes early, and have a quick word with your coach — we’ll get you moving right and set you up for success.
If you were training pre-pregnancy, chances are you can keep going — but we strongly recommend consulting your doctor first.
Let your coach know you're expecting, and we’ll make sure your session is adapted to suit. Some high-impact classes may not be suitable, so we'll help you train safe and smart.
Plans change — we get it. You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your session without penalty.
If you’re a member, we run a 3-strike policy: three late cancels or no-shows in one billing month = your online booking paused. You can still train (if there’s space), and we’ll reset you when the month rolls over — just drop us a message.
Short answer: don’t be.
A wise man once said, ‘On time is late. Late is not acceptable. Only way to be here is early.’
Arrive 5–10 minutes early to wrap up, warm up, and show up ready. For your safety and out of respect for the class, anyone more than 5 minutes late won’t be allowed in — and we can’t offer refunds. Running behind? Let us know and we’ll do what we can.
Yes. Every MANOR location has showers and changing spaces — clean, simple, ready to go.
Hand wraps (gel or traditional) are a must to protect your hands — grab a pair from reception or our shop (£8–£10).
Boxing gloves are available to rent for your first few sessions (£1), or you can buy your own if you're sticking around (£70). Arrive early so you’ve got time to wrap and prep properly.
100% — and they go quick. The best thing to do is to Sign up to our newsletter for first dibs on offers, updates, events and any timetable changes. It’s the best way to stay in the loop.
