 No Phones or tripods
Tops on at all times
Respect your competitors
No talking back to judges, accept the outcome
Got a complaint, take it up with the head judge post workout
Listen when things are being explained
Be warmed up and ready for your heat
Once the gate closes, you’re locked in until the workout is over
