The day itself 

Timings

Arrival time: 09:30am

First to third event: 10am with waves throughout the morning until 2/3pm. A quick lunch break and into the semi final and final from 3pm – 5pm. Once all the workouts are over and the winners have been given their prizes, we go into a social with drinks, food and a live DJ @Christiejayne_

Food and drink:

Everything will be provided by The Genuine Dining Company. We will have breakfast available from 09:30am and lunch/mid afternoon snacks available from 12pm. Alcohol will be available from 3pm. Here’s the menu!

Breakfast

  1. Acai bowl, fresh fruit yoghurt and peanut butter
  2. Porridge (toppings including cherry Bakewell, fruit compote and nuts and seeds)
  3. Fresh fruit salad bowls, strips of pineapple, melon with blueberries and strawberries

 Lunch:

  1. Phat bouy burgers Double 24 day aged burger patty, with American cheese, pickles, pickled onion, mushroom and burger sauce
  2. Same as above but with Moving mountain veg burgers
  3. Low and slow pulled pork dirty rice

Snacks: 

  1. Protein shakes made on the spot
  2. Protein bars
  3. Snacks
  4. Fruit 

Alcohol:

  1. White wine
  2. Prosecco
  3. Rose
  4. Beer

We will also have MOJU shots ready to help with that post workout recovery and a recovery station from Katherine body care  offering 10 minute massages to ease out any aches and pains.
