You will have already seen Jay on MANOR on Demand but he will also be taking sessions at SE1 when we open on May 17th and getting you back into FIGHT from June!
An all-round great guy who brings the energy to every session and he has a smile on his face every time he walks through the MANORdoors. His teaching style will motivate you and push you to new levels!
Here’s an intro to Jay…
What’s your fitness background?
6 years amateur boxing experience as a junior and 12 years MMA experience. I’m currently waiting to make my professional MMA debut and can’t wait. I train with Team Titan.
How did you get introduced to MANOR?
I was introduced by a close friend and professional boxer Liz Barker. We went to one of Rami’s FORCE sessions at Oxford Circus nearly two years ago now and I pretty much fell in love with MANOR from that point onwards.
What can MANOR members expect from you?
Manor members can expect high energy and good vibes from me. I’m super passionate about elevating and motivating those around me so I hope that energy rubs off on all MANOR members I come into contact with.
Three words to describe your style of coaching?
Caring, motivating, knowledgeable
Who or what keeps you motivated?
My family definitely play a key role in keeping me motivated. They do so much for me from a support point of view so I feel as though I owe it to them to get up every day and do my best no matter what.
What’s your favourite cheat meal?
Pepperoni Pizza all day every day and twice on Sundays! Absolute winner!
What’s the craziest challenge you’ve ever endured?
Waking up on my 30th birthday and deciding that with absolutely no training or preparation at all I was going to run a marathon. I did it in03.56 which I was delighted with. My body was less impressed.
Do you have a daily mantra?
It’s nice to be nice.

I’m an adopted east Londoner of 8 years now so I have to say East!
