Here, Callum tells us a little bit more about himself…
What’s your fitness background?
I started doing bodybuilding at 19, dabbled in a bit of CrossFit at 22, and at present I’m learning Olympic lifting and sprinting. Doing a hybrid of all the above.
What can MANOR members expect from you?
A trainer that cares about how they move and their progressions in and out of the gym. Most importantly a pal.
Three words to describe your style of coaching?
Energetic, honest, reliable.
Who or what keep you motivated?
My son mainly. But the fear of not achieving what I know I’m capable of too.
What’s your favourite cheat meal?
I’m a sweet tooth kind of guy.
Desserts, doughnuts, milkshakes…put them in front of me and I’ll plough through the lot.
What’s the craziest challenge you’ve ever endured?
A 10-hour charity event for Aussie bushfires. It involved 40 minutes of work, followed by 20 minutes of rest. Plenty more on the list for good causes! Stay tuned.
Do you have a daily mantra stoic?
I read this quote every day. “He be so busy improving yourself, you have no time to criticize others”
