From a MANOR member to a MANOR Coach, Rhys is the perfect example of someone who is ‘MADE IN THE MANOR’. He joined the gym as a member at the beginning of 2019, but soon after decided to embark on a career change and is now a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Coach at MANOR. Rhys has always had a passion for team sports, athletics and has built a reputation for his persistence, work ethic and athleticism in training.
