For those of you taking part in our ELEVATE project, you’ll hopefully be starting to feel the benefits of breath work.
A deeper connection with the fundamental essence of life itself – breathing, can have profound effects on our health. The mindful practice of simply taking time to observe our breath can help rest and calm our mind and nervous system, whereas certain deep, forceful breathing exercises and holding our breath can help boost our immune system and enhance physical performance.
