What’s your fitness background?
My fitness background is mainly in strength training… I love me some weights😁🏋🏼♀️
How did you get introduced to MANOR?
I initially heard about Manor through a friend and had been following on socials for a long time. Eventually big Callum Hickey brought me down for a FSF session and I fell in love with the place immediately!
What can MANOR members expect from you when they come through the doors?
Expect smiles and banter but when the class begins we put in the work! I can be pretty particular when it comes to nailing form (I promise you will thank me in the long run) and I will always encourage you to step outside of your comfort zone!

Who or what keeps you motivated?
My love for fitness keeps me motivated! The days that I feel a lack of motivation it’s usually my body’s way of telling me to rest. I take a day off and then I’m good to go! Also I get major FOMO if I miss a team workout and I surround myself with people I aspire to be like.
What’s your favourite cheat meal?
Anything chocolate / bread related 🤤
What’s the craziest challenge you’ve ever endured?
Surviving a pandemic as a self employed fitness professional 🤪
Do you have a daily mantra?
A positive mindset breeds positive results & also DBAD (don’t be a d**k)
