What’s your fitness background?
Began with sprinting, ran locally on Hampstead Heath with a club called Highgate Harriers. Years later I started with friends doing Calisthenics/Gymnastics after college, over time my goals changed so I decided to jump into the gym. My love for training continues to grow as I learn more about myself.
How did you get introduced to MANOR?
Myself, Charlie, Louis, and Fintan all grew up in the same MANOR of London and we also went to the same school! I’ve seen MANOR develop over the years from when it was Work It, I was working in Waitrose without exercising my passion for Health & Fitness, resigning was such a proud moment for me.
What can MANOR members expect from you when they come through the doors?
Always ready to help & talk about anything, whether it be training or life in general. Despite my serious resting face I am always ready to have laugh.

Who or what keeps you motivated?
When I set a goal & achieve/exceed it, also seeing others making progress in any shape or form.
What’s your favourite cheat meal?
Italian Cuisine is #1 in my opinion! A real Carbonara with Guanciale (not pancetta or bacon) with a mountain of Parmigiano Reggiano + a cheeky beer.
What’s the craziest challenge you’ve ever endured?
Climbing up Mount Toubkal (4,167m) with a broken crampon and in extremely windy conditions. Super lucky to make it out on the other side.

North, south, east or west?
Born and bred in North London so it has to be North! Majority of family grew up in East London so I had no choice but to support West Ham United.
