How far in advance can I book?
You can book our regular group sessions & open gym 7 days in advance.
Do you provide towels?
Yes, towels are provided.
Will I be charged if I can’t attend a session?
If you are booked onto a session but cannot attend, please cancel with 12 hours notice. If you cancel within this period, this will be considered a late cancellation and a £7.50 fee will be charged.
What are the gym opening hours?
We are open 6am – 9pm for Open Gym Monday to Friday
Saturday & Sunday
Do I get open gym on my membership?
Yes, included in your membership is Open Gym Access. There are limited slots per hour so please book in advance.
What classes do you offer?
We offer strength, conditioning, hybrid, boxing & recovery sessions.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes, you can freeze your membership for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 6 months. Please email xxx@mymanor.london
How many classes should I attend per week?
We recommend starting with 3-4 sessions per week and increasing as your fitness improves. Listen to your body and rest when needed.
If I can’t do an exercise, can I attend the class?
Our experienced coaches will guide you through proper form and technique. Regressions and alternative exercises are offered if you’re struggling with a particular movement.
Can I bring a friend to try a class?
Yes, we love it when members bring friends. We offer trail sessions for those interested in seeing what MANOR is about.
How do I track my progress?
You can engage with our programmes and check your progress over time using our programming app. Create your profile for free here then scan our programme QR code next time you’re in facility.
Are there community events or competitions?
Yes, we have an annual calendar of events and competitions. These are a great way to meet other members and challenge yourself. Check the events section within our app and make sure you’re signed up to our WhatsApp group and newsletter.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes, we offer personal training for members who want more individualised attention. Book a consultation to learn more.
I have an active package, but I can’t book in?
This usually happens towards the end of a month if you’re trying to book sessions in the next calendar month. If you pay via monthly d/d please allow for your payment to be processed and your class credits to hit your account.
