The date for the MANOR members Christmas Party is set. On the 3rd December we will have another GET FRAGGED event, led by coach Lauren Sullivan (who constantly ‘frags’ herself). It will lead into a Christmas celebration, with food, mince pies, alcohol and maybe some games…
