This session is designed to build a solid foundation of strength, stability, and control. It includes a balance of the fundamental movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull, lunge) and core stability exercises to help improve strength and control around and of, the pelvis and spine. This session will adequately prepare you for the higher volume work and slightly more advanced techniques featured in the intermediate and advanced sessions.
